04 9月 IS INTERESTING FOR EL CLARIN TO HAVE AN ACCREDITED LABORATORY?
Thanks to the investments in high technology, processes and methodology of last generation, our knowledge in paprika and the work of a great Quality Department, we can say that El Clarín´s laboratories enjoy a high reputation in terms of physical-chemical and microbiological analysis . This is proven by the reports issued by the Intercomparative Circuits of Laboratories that we have been developing since 2014. Regarding the extractable color in Paprika, we have positions 5º and 3º respectively in a ranking of 39 participating laboratories from 9 countries in a 2014 study. The last intercomparative study of April 2018 concludes that El Clarín has one of the best positions in the analysis of parameters such as ash, sand and ASTA color, reaching the first position in a ranking of 5 laboratories.
In conclusion, it is demonstrated that we can compete in equal results with the most prestigious accredited laboratories since these intercomparative studies show a better position of El Clarin in comparison with the rest of the accredited participating laboratories.
