Thanks to the investments in high technology, processes and methodology of last generation, our knowledge in paprika and the work of a great Quality Department, we can say that El Clarín´s laboratories enjoy a high reputation in terms of physical-chemical and microbiological analysis .
This is proven by the reports issued by the Intercomparative Circuits of Laboratories that we have been developing since 2014.
The last intercomparative study of April 2018 concludes that El Clarín has one of the best positions in the analysis of parameters such as ash and sand, reaching the first position in a ranking of 16 laboratories.
